Regional Air Navigation Safety Coordination Platform for European and Asian ANSPs (SOCEA) is thrilled to announce the official accession of the Republican State Enterprise “Kazaeronavigatsia” of the Civil Aviation Committee of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a new member. This milestone event has been marked by a formal signing ceremony on October 16, 2024, in Istanbul, Türkiye.
The addition of the Republican State Enterprise «Kazaeronavigatsia» to SOCEA underscores our collective commitment to enhancing air navigation safety and fostering regional collaboration. By joining forces, we aim to leverage each member's expertise to innovate and improve air traffic management systems and safety practices across Europe and Central Asia.

The Regional Platform for the Coordination of Air Navigation Safety (SOCEA) was established on August 18, 2023, following an agreement between Azerbaijan Airlines CJSC (AZAL) and the General Directorate of State Airports of Türkiye (DHMI). With Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan joining SOCEA , the Regional Platform has rapidly grown into a critical platform for fostering cooperation among air navigation service providers in the region.
