Kyrgyzstan State Enterprise "Kyrgyzaeronavigatsia" Joins SOCEA

Kyrgyzaeronavigatsia has joined SOCEA, as announced at a meeting hosted by DHMI, with President Dr. Keskin highlighting SOCEA's mission to foster collaboration and innovation in air navigation across Europe and Asia.

In a significant development for regional aviation safety, the Kyrgyzstan State Enterprise "Kyrgyzaeronavigatsia" has officially joined SOCEA. The participation protocol was signed during a meeting held at the General Directorate of DHMI (Turkish State Airports Authority).

The meeting was attended by prominent figures including Dr. Hüseyin Keskin, DHMI Director General and Chairman of the Board, who also presides over SOCEA, and Dr. Cengiz Paşaoğlu, Member of the Board of Directors and Deputy Director General. Additionally, key representatives from other member organizations such as Farhan Guliyev, General Manager of Azerbaijan Azeraeronavigation, Andrey Zaytsev, Deputy General Manager of Uzbekistan Uzaeronavigation, and Torokeldi Omurov, General Manager of Kyrgyzaeronavigatsia, were present along with other operational and senior executives.

Highlighting SOCEA's mission, Dr. Keskin stated, "Our goal is to elevate cooperation with countries with whom we share historical and cultural ties to a higher level in the aviation sector. I am confident that the cooperation we have initiated, inspired by our religious, linguistic, cultural, and historical bonds, will continue to grow and achieve significant successes in a short time."

Torokeldi Omurov, General Manager of Kyrgyzaeronavigatsia, expressed their commitment to safety and efficiency in regional air navigation through this new membership.

The meeting also acknowledged the efforts of Central Asian ANSPs in managing transit traffic, highlighting SOCEA as a valuable forum for strategic coordination and effective air traffic flow management.

The membership of Kyrgyzaeronavigatsia marks a significant milestone in SOCEA’s journey towards enhancing regional air navigation safety and cooperation.
